A month ago when Davis and Meghan Owen moved to Pender Island, it was to help the Nu-to-Yu build a new store. Davis is the owner of Phoenix West construction and at this point at the beginning of May, his team has made great gains on the building site, finishing the grading of the site and laying down the forms for the foundation. Meanwhile, Meghan has been documenting all of this on Phoenix West’s instagram page and has also written a song for us with the aid of a music application.
