Friday December 22 is the last shopping day at the Nu-Tu-Yu before Christmas. We reopen on Tuesday December 26 at 11:00 am (not 10:00 am), and close at 3:00 pm, for the annual 50% off Boxing Day sale. As in other years, items in the glass cabinets under the cashier desk are not reduced and will not be sold at all on the 26th. We reserve the right to limit numbers in the store; please be courteous to those waiting outside. Respiratory viruses are commonly shared during and after large holiday gatherings. Please respect the community’s very young and the not so old and wear a mask or stay home if you or anyone in your household, are ill. It is the right thing to do.
The store is then closed until January 9, a Tuesday, when it reopens for donations at 9am. Please, pretty please, do not dump items off when the store is closed. It makes for a wet soggy mess of your donations and often results in the items needing to be sent to the landfill at Nu-to-Yu’s expense.
The first selling day of 2024 is Friday, January 12, at 10am. Welcome back!
